Pine Creek Gorge (Pennsylvania’s Grand Canyon) is a National Natural Landmark. The 47-mile-long canyon is 1,450 feet deep at its deepest. At Leonard Harrison and Colton Point State Parks, the depth is more than 800 feet and the distance from rim to rim is approximately 4,000 feet. These overlooks offer spectacular views.
On the west rim of Pine Creek Gorge, the Pennsylvania Grand Canyon, Colton Point State Park offers rugged overlooks with great views of the canyon.
Leonard Harrison State Park is located across the canyon from Colton Point State Park. There are modern facilities, a visitor center and the most famous scenic views of the canyon.
One of the premier rail-trails in the Northeast, the Pine Creek Trail (Biking & Hiking) in Pine Creek Gorge offers travelers a spectacular 62-mile journey through the area commonly referred to as the Grand Canyon of Pennsylvania.

The West Rim Hiking Trail is a very scenic long-distance trail that follows the western edge of Pine Creek Gorge, from Ansonia to near Blackwell.
Tioga County is home to seven lakes including Tioga, Hammond, Cowanaesque, Hills Creek Lake, Hamilton, Nessmuk and Beechwood.
Located in scenic Tioga County, the 407-acre Hills Creek State Park abounds in wildlife. Osprey, loon and waterfowl visit the lake that boasts a variety of warm-water fish species.
